McDonald's in Geldern

The staff is totally overwhelmed. Eight many mistakes. The McRib was badly squashed in the box. A burger was missing completely. It's hard to check that in a restaurant in Corona times. Without distributing the fries everywhere. The sprite was inedible. It was some mixture of water, soda, and detergent. This is not a good advertisement

Everything was very clean, always fast and good service, the implementation of the CORONA rules can always be seen immediately. I am still very happy to be here and remain loyal to you! Keep it up

You can say what you want about the restaurant (positively as well as negatively). BUT: Kudos to the staff at this restaurant. Daily work is stressful enough under normal circumstances. But now there are also the corona prevention measures, which again demands a lot from the employees. As a guest, I feel that I am in good hands here, especially in times of a pandemic.

Didn't like it, all the food is dry, the sauce is not tasty

We were at MC Drive tonight and had to wait a few minutes but okay with the rush. The order was complete and correct and the food warm and as you know it. So everything is okay;)

Hello had ordered breakfast shortly before eleven via the app, which could also be better and clearer. I went straight to pick up my order. I went into the mc dive and lo and behold breakfast wouldn't be too late. According to the app, however, breakfast times would be 30 ? until 11am. But in geldern, breakfast ends at 11. A shame for mc Donalds over 30 euros shot in the wind and that in times of healthy nutrition?. What's so difficult about correcting breakfast times in the app and online. Then you would have saved yourself the drive.

Very disappointing Ordered 3 menus and a 20 nuggets via app but the 3 dips were put in but the nuggets were missing, which cost 8.99 euros. Plus a lot of driving. Because we drove back again but then the drive was so incredibly full that it would have taken forever. Very annoying when it comes to that much money. Please be more careful

Currently due to the current conditions, initially only DriveIn. Great handling, food was warm and delicious. Perfect for the small / big hunger in between

Everything is very good as far as protective measures are good, but unfortunately too often something is forgotten when ordering

The restaurant is open until 1 a.m. We are asked shortly before half past twelve whether we will stay seated for a long time. They wouldn't want to kick us out.

Very friendly staff, really clean and well-kept restaurant. ??? The dishes ordered were prepared extremely quickly, served fresh and hot ...! ?? To the restaurant management: Great team, great food, ... on my next trip to Geldern, I'm looking forward to my next visit to this exemplary McDonald's restaurant ... ? ???☕

Very strange hygiene concept: You can only use the order machines if you are getting food to take away. Guys, you have a Mcdrive, so what's the point? We (6 people) were only assigned the table after the order, so all 6 of us stood in line, not just 1 or 2. We also had to place an order for everyone so that we could all sit at one table, otherwise we would have have to sit individually. Not understandable. However, the food came quickly and completely (even the ice cream?) and is not the case with every mecces.

It was OK. It's just Mc Donalds. The shop is very clean and there is enough space.

Fast, uncomplicated ordering. The ordered food and drinks were brought to the assigned table after a short time. Usual quality in the house of the "Goldene Möwe".

Actually, McDonalds was once a fast food restaurant ... with a short waiting time ... but then the order screens came ...?!?! .... and the fast food restaurant turned into a real nightmare from a slow food restaurant ... ... you shouldn't assign a star for that alone .... +20 minutes waiting time for each visit .... what did you think of your head office .... to save staff ???? !!!! or what .... who comes across such a deterioration of the system .... maybe now in the Corona crisis quite nice ..... but that is really abysmal BAD

Unfortunately things are often missing in the order and / or it is cold. The staff is quickly annoyed and the restaurant is unfortunately often not particularly clean. However, the items that are missing in an order or that have been issued incorrectly can be easily added or exchanged.

Goods are hot and tasty. Criticism is accepted and you still stay friendly there! So far in my eyes, the best Mac Donald around!

Very dissapointed with food quality and service, tasted like it was warmed up a several times. It’s not even first time, when this happens, wouldn’t recommend this place

Sorry ........... Unfortunately, the cashier was unable to advise me on the composition of a Signature Burger. In the blind flight then a Bacon & Egg (without green salad) Signature in the menu, to take away, ordered. The burger was not what I ordered, the egg tasted old, had gray edges and bathed in BBQ sauce, instead of tomatoes, a carrot salad mum was on the bottom half of the bun. The fries were fresh, but not crispy. The cappuccino tasted good. I ordered to take away, but the order was compiled at the first attempt for consumption in the restaurant. (Part of the order was a Bic Mac and Nuggets which were ok.) The staff were not rude, but seemed overwhelmed and unmotivated.

Long waiting lines and very dirty, trash is always full and kept open, so everybody keeps dirty plates on the table, internet is almost never working, worst Mac Donald ever

Its a McDonalds, it has food, it has people. Clean, playground for the kids. What more could you ask for?
